Having asymmetrical or uneven eyes is a normal thing and you shouldn’t take it too seriously. During this procedure, excess tissue such as skin, muscle, and fat is eliminated from your lower or upper eyelids. Swelling or bruising is common and lasts for a couple of weeks. However, incision cars can take up to a few months to vanish completely.
